Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Finland and Netherlands. We hope to offer worldwide shipping soon – can’t wait to share our unique, handcrafted designs with a global audience!

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please see our returns policy page for more details on how to initiate a return. Please note that buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

How do I return my order?

To return your order, please follow these steps (within 30 days of purchase):

  • Contact our customer service to initiate the return process and to get the right return address for your order.
  • Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

After we have verified that everything is in order, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.

How long does shipping take?

No matter which country you live in, you will receive a text message from DAO with your tracking number once your package has arrived at their warehouse.

Denmark: 2-4 business days

Sweden: 3-7 business days

Germany: 3-7 business days

Finland: 3-6 business days

France: 3-6 business days

Italy: 4-7 business days
